Mail copied to research-development@demo.example.edu is read and turned into suggestions — a programme officer announcing a call, a sponsor moving a deadline, a faculty member saying yes to a company. Nothing here has been recorded. Each suggestion waits for you, and the sentence it came from is shown so that reading it is faster than trusting it.

Reading mail needs a mailbox and a model — neither exists in the mockup.

Thanks for the introduction. I spoke with Kelsey at Verdant this morning.

They want us on the Phase I as the research partner — the 30% would cover catalyst durability testing in my lab. I said yes in principle. Their deadline for naming a partner is the end of the month.

Can someone from the office look at the subaward budget? I have never done an STTR.

Still want the dilution refrigerator slot. Eleven users across three departments now — I have added two from Chemistry since the last note.

If the deadline slips past November I will have a problem: Lattice Quantum are quoting a six month lead time and my current insert is on loan until April.

Following up on our call — we would like to extend the durability study by twelve months and add a second site.

Ingrid is also asking whether two senior design teams could take on the sterilisation workflow question this academic year. Happy to fund the materials.

Invented correspondence. The suggestions are hand-written to match the messages rather than produced by a model — what is being shown is the review step, which is the part that decides whether any of this is safe to use.
